Aiysha Lewis is a vascular ultrasound specialist and imaging services executive who teaches on QualCare Africa's vascular curriculum. She serves as Associate Vice President of AHC Imaging Services in the United States.
Her faculty role spans vascular consultation and education — the Doppler technique, haemodynamic interpretation and protocol design that frontline clinicians need when assessing deep vein thrombosis, peripheral vascular disease and access complications at the bedside.
Alongside teaching, she advises on imaging service structure and quality — the operational side of running a diagnostic imaging department well, which shapes how QualCare designs training for partner facilities rather than only for individuals.
QualCare Africa partners with hospitals, NGOs, medical schools and public health agencies to deliver internationally recognised point-of-care ultrasound training.
